Humanitarian Aid to the Aleppo from the Turkish Red Crescent Society

The people who fleed from Aleppo, Syria, which has been a scene to uninterrupted conflict are fighting for their survival. Turkish Red Crescent Society reached out to the region in which thousands of people, most of whom are children, need basic food supplies.

The Istanbul branch of the Turkish Red Crescent Society sent 12 tons of milk and cheese. The humanitarian aid materials which departed the origin recently and sent to the inner parts of Syria by the Turkish Red Crescent staff who work at the border gates of Cilvegözü and Öncüpınar reached the Aleppo countryside. The food parcels distributed to the war victims, most of whom are children, saved thousands of people from the risk of hunger.
