The Turkish Red Crescent aims to meet all the blood needs of our country from safe and continuous donators with its Regional Blood Centers, Blood Donation Centers and mobile blood donation vehichels.

Nationwide, it gives blood services through its 18 Regional Blood Centers, 69 Blood Donation Centers with more than 300 blood donation location. Thousands of qualified personnel are employed in these centers and units. For patient safety reasons, The Turkish Red Crescent have all the donated blood go through tests in the labrotories and it transfers them to the hospitals to be given to persons needing blood. The Turkish Red Crescent that expanded its success in providing safe blood to the fields of marrow transplant and stem cell therapy carries out the TURKOK Project jointly held with the Ministry of Health.
